Many firms do not want to act against banks because banks have historically provided a much of the work in this area.  Many banks will not use solicitors that have acted against them.  We believe there is a market to provide services to business people who have been badly treated by their banks. 
Accordingly we will act against banks including the following:

and many others
We will not act for any of the above banks and accordingly will not be faced with a conflict of interest if asked to act against them.
We use HSBC and consider that it would be inappropriate for us to act against them.
Nicholls & Co. is led by James Nicholls a solicitor and barrister with over seventeen years experience of the insolvency business and turnaround.  The team operates from offices in Shrewsbury but we are regularly in London and Birmingham and we are prepared to assist in any location in England and Wales (our legal jurisdiction).
