Established now for over 50 years, Messrs H Montlake & Co consists of two solicitors in partnership. Recognised as a Legal 500 Firm, we are in the top 5% of solicitors' practices in the United Kingdom.

Michael Bonehill (Partner) is involved principally in commercial property but does a lot of commercial agreements and some residential conveyancing.
Andrew Montlake (Partner) is mostly involved in commercial agreements and some commercial property, some residential property and some litigation.
