Established in 1965, Kundert & Co. is a two office legal practice based in Coventry dealing with most aspects of legal work. We have considerable experience in dealing with the majority of problems you are likely to encounter and for which you will need legal advice.
Whether you are buying or selling your house, involved with the Police or have had an accident on the road or at work, we are able to offer you sound, reliable and positive advice.
If you are setting up in business, either on your own account or with a partner or carrying on an existing business, we are able to advise you in respect of the many problems that can arise and guide you through the maze of regulations and requirements that you are likely to encounter.
We are able to negotiate the settlement of disputes on your behalf in an attempt to resolve matters speedily and economically.
If negotiation and conciliation fails and it becomes necessary to commence or defend proceedings on your behalf we are able to conduct these in the High Court, Crown Court, County Court, Magistrates' Court or before a Tribunal.
Legal Aid and Advice may be available for many of our services depending on your financial circumstances.
